I think the photoshopping worked brilliantly. It added that edginess to the scene, and made that contrast just that bit more substantial.

I'm agreeing with ritaxis about Nate's appearance, and the whole 'getting healthy' side (as well as being 'cared for' by Anto's mom). That Officer Preston needs a good slap up the side of the head..
