So, I screwed up in linking yesterday. Apologies to anyone who watched the not as cool video I linked yesterday.
THIS is the cool video.
I will spare you most of the events of today because I am trying very hard to forget them myself. Suffice it to say there were many boxes of tissues being used all around me and one lady who ceases to have biology on weekends. (I'm not joking! She said so!)
I did get most of the "Not beavers with Pringles" (pic that started his obsession with beavers who have pringles is here and might make that all make more sense. I doubt it! This is Mathew we are talking about.) finished today though so uber bonus there! And my new bestest stabby friend is now in my left arm. My right arm seems to have suffered a vampire attack at some point over night and was, apparently, completely without blood today. That was fun!
*edit* Okay, I lied. You do get pics.
The Rat-brat asked if I happened to notice the shapes of the radiation beams today. Now that she knows how it works she does think it is kind of cool, and I did notice!
So I drew her some pictures ... on post-its .... and then stuck them in the appropriate spots .... and then took pics ... and made notes with my tablet ...
Right, so keep in mind I can neither wear my glasses nor move my head so these are as best as I could make out.

Also drawn at a smaller size than they really are and these will make way more sense if you have watched that video I linked above (yes, the correct version *headdesk*)
The beam starts on the left side (right side of the pic) at an angle and moves across to line where the second post it starts. There it pauses for a moment and (in a really cool morphing of plates) changes shape before carrying on in the direction of the arrows to the second line.
I should probably mention these drawings are also about 1/4 size.

Then the whole armature thing moves around to my right side (left side of pic) and changes (This is the one I am really guessing on) to aproximately the shape shown and moves back around to the second line.
Also, I know I said before I can't tell I have a massive cyst, I apparently lied. It is, or more specifically the displacement of everything that needs to be moving the hell out of it's way, very visible when I sit down. Which I honestly don't see when I am sitting down due to ... other things that are always protruding from my chest and pretty much block out my entire view .... >.>

Bestest stabby friend! (still sarcasm) Now on my left arm.

Not on my right arm.

Nor is there any sort of bruising from it being there. This is unsual. The Zin scratch is not. ZIn scratches happen. POssibly because "some people" think it is awesome fun to flip him over on his back and smack him in the face with his own tail. Which, for the record, he thinks is great fun but he does sometimes get a little carried away with the "Attack! Nom! Nom! Nom!" ... not that I would know anyone who would do that to the cat ... noooo.

This is where I had blood drawn on Friday. It is WAY better today, but gives you a good idea of what happens when I actually have blood flow to my arm. This is normal.

And, now that you have seen all sorts of bizarre and weird, have a bizarre and weird pic of my dog gnawing on mathew's hand in the back of the van on the way home.
Yes, my dog came with today. He has not been having a good time of things. He knows I am not feeling well. He spent yesterday - well early this morning actually, while I was awake due to being queasy glued to my leg, even while I was walking. He has been making it a point to stand between me and everyone else and to never bee more than a few inches away. So today he came with to maybe help him relax a bit. It seems to have worked so far. He is watching, but from a bit more of a distance.
*edit again* My child is now completely embrassased and mumbling about "putting boob-it notes online ... oh-em-ge! Why must I be related to her? Why!!!???"
Parental trauma quota for the day exceeded! Go me!
