genlisaeOne of my NYR was to not whine on my LJ. *sigh* I created a whole new journal for whining purposes and everything. (no I am not going to link it for you. It is findable if you look, but I don't recommend doing that. It has spoilers, lots of them along with the whining. Oh and bitchy. Really bitchy. You thought I was nice? Hahahaha!)
I'm whining!
According to my nifty new (okay it's old, but I only just started using it) To-Do-List linked in the sidebar I am supposed to have Pleasantries updated tomorrow. That is so not gonna happen. It could. I could go with part 2 and leave you all hanging at a really awkward break until I finish part 3. Obviously I don't want to do that. I want to post them both at once which should have been a go ...
Until I went into the game to take the shots for the first sequence of part 2.
The first sequence of part 2 is fairly straight forward. 38 images, minimal dialogue, nothing spectacular on the visual effects front no big actions or anything.
I went into the game to take the shots for the first sequence of part 2 three days ago.
Through a spectacular underestimation of the logistics of this particular sequence of shots, I finally finished taking the images for the first sequence of part 2 at 1:27 am this morning.
Now, no, that was not three days straight through, but it was a good 5 hours the first two days. Yesterday I started at 11 am and took time out to make dinner.
Mathew has dubbed this particular image sequence "Finding Emo". I wanted to smack him at the time, but the more I worked on it, the more I realized he was right!
So. My To-Do-List is now incorrect, and with that bit of knowledge my second NYR of "Keep to a schedule to avoid your usual scatter-brained picking at tasks and never getting anything actually finished" goes with it. (I'm not giving up on that one though, I will call this merely a "hiccup") and I am here, on my LJ, whining, but I figure you guys can deal with the occasional bit of whining especially if I come bearing gifts!
Gifts of the "I don't have the chapter update ready to go yet even though I said I would and I am really pissed with myself about that, but here is a preview" variety.
