If I am, the comment in question came waaaay out of left field.

The only reason I didn't participate in that debate was because there was a context to the post in question that I wasn't familiar with. But I can't even imagine someone being so vehemently pissed off about anything you said. :p

The person is coming off as immature. Like, trying a bit too hard to play with the controversial big boys. I see it on the internet all the time. "I'm awesome I can say whatever I want!"

I suspect you are correct (and there is an anon that needs a hug!) I was a little baffled, then I was reminded of the source (a little less politely than you just did lol!) and suddenly it all made sense.

Oh, I don't hold it against her at all. I am reserving the right to chuckle and carry on when things come back to "bite her" though. It is sort of to be expected really.
