It Is Finished!

Finally.
When I first posted pics of this, I was asked to share when it was finished. It has only taken me since April to be completely happy with it, and I kind of accidentally deleted the whole thing once so I had to start again, but it is done now!
All premade (excluding Uni and Vaction) 'hoods in one SimCity 4 Region.
Let's have a look at what you are getting, yes?

Pleasantview has had more roads added. A LOT more roads. The trees have also been removed because TS2 imports trees stupidly, I just forgot to get a pic after I removed them.
Desiderata Valley has had some minor terrain editing around the edges and (I think, I don't actually remember :/ ) a few of the larger blocks made smaller to fit smaller lots without so much empty space. Also has had trees removed.
Riverblossom Hills recieved a few edits around the edges.
Belladona Cove got some cosmetic tweaks at the edges and road extensions.
Bluewater Village got the most changes to the outer edges to fit up against Riverblossom Hills and Belladona Cove.
Veronaville got an edge makeover and more roads added while still keeping the rural feel it started with. THERE IS NO BRIDGE. The bridge which appears in Veronaville in TS2 is hood deco. If you wish to have a bridge in SC4 you will need to add it yourself (and be prepared to repair the portions of your hood it WILL mess up).
Strangetown has been expanded, but only a little. I have added roads which, to my thinking, would lead to the army base, perhaps a research station or two and maybe a small airport.
You can play this region as is in SimCity 4 or copy the .SC4 files into your SC4Terrains folder in TS2 and use them to create new neighborhoods in TS2. When using these files to create a new neighborhood in TS2 they will appear in the list as "City - CityName.sc4"
A word of caution: SC4 does not particularly care for narrow, shallow water (such as the canal in Veronaville) which extends beyond the borders of a city and will mess everything up beyond recognition if you allow it to "Reconcile Edges". DO NOT RECONCILE EDGES while playing this region in SC4. If you have previously selected "auto reconcile" while playing another region, turn it off!
I do have plans to create fully decorated TS2 neighborhoods with these maps as well. That is going to take time. In the meantime for those who wanted to play the SC4 region, or use the maps in TS2:
Absolutely, every one of The Sims 2 Maps that shipped with the base game and every expansion since except those that are used for the default university and vacation neighborhoods. These maps have been edited to fit together into one region and to add additional roads to be more friendly toward smaller lots or just give you more space to build houses. All roads lead to the town next to it to form one giant Sim Nation which I have named Simtonia (you can name it whatever you like). In addition, there are several of my own maps fit in around the TS2 'hoods.
*note* TS2 flips terrain files horizontally from how they appear in SC4. Which also means East Pleasantview and Eastshore would actually be West Pleasantview and Westshore in TS2
Examples of edited 'hood maps:

Downtown was completely rebuilt (and I think I got it backwards) to be not so high up from the water. It also has significantly more roads, you know, so the urban center can actually look like an urban center.
